Swarovski 4869 Fireballs. To me it looks like a crystal ball with a flat spot on it to attach it. There is no hole drilled in this ball. It is completely solid round crystal, with a small flat spot on the back so that it can be attached. These would make gorgeous earrings, or give a wonderful 3-d effect on clothing and other projects. Now discontinued, only a few left!
