Swarovski navette shaped crystals, could be used for smaller version of brooch rhinestone. These are the machine cut (mc) navettes that are the most brilliant available, not the less expensive table cut (ttc) navettes which are the 4200/2's. The 4200/2's are no longer made but they are still available in some sizes and colors.
